Richmond College - Scouts' Solidarity
Richmond scout's group celebrated the 95 Years on 26th July 2010 and the RMOBA donated 17 books to the Scouts Troop Library during the 95th Anniversary Celebration on 26th of July 2010. The books were handed over to the Principal by Ajith de Silva during his visit to Sri Lanka.

RMOBA proudly presents the first ever Sri Lanka Coupon DISCOUNT handbook in Melbourne offering the opportunity to shop discounted products and services. The handbook was launched on 14th August 2010 at the Galle Star Night and will be available FREE. The proceeds from the advertisements will go to the Richmond Mahinda Old Boys Association Inc (RMOBA) Disadvantage Student Scholarship & School’s Project Fund, a CHARITABLE cause.

Trip to Sydney
Cricket subcommittee is in the process of organising a 'vinoda charika' bus trip to Sydney in November 2010 to support the Sri Lankan team.

Cricket - ‘Lovers Quarrel’ Melbourne, Victoria
On 28th March 2010 we played Richmond vs Mahinda ‘Lovers’ Quarrel’ in Melbourne. The event was well received by over 200 families and friends.
Richmond College team secured the challenge trophy.
